In partnership with Entrust Property Solutions, Greenway Development Group is assisting Elm apartments near Missouri State University in a full rebrand and renovation project. The two entities partnered to provide the property a detailed renovation plan including rebranding, marketing, budgeting improvements for both the interior and exterior, vendor selection, projections upon completion, and financing structure.
